About Us

My name is Adam Gullett. I started Growth Talk as a way to share my personal life experiences as well as to talk about things I am currently learning.

I have always had a passion for developing leadership skills as well as being in business for myself. But this journey can be tough and met with many challenges. It can also be a lonely journey. So with Growth Talk, my goal is to share and serve others that are going through this same kind of journey and are wanting to grow themselves as leaders.

This is not a self-help blog, podcast, youtube channel. It is aimed at serving and learning together. As a Christian, I find my value not from within but through a dedication to the word of God as the source of my identity.

With that understanding here is my mission statement:

Growth Talk is focused on leaders, business owners, and entrepreneurs that understand that what we do is greater than ourselves. Focused on helping leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs grow their businesses and leadership skills from a Christian foundation.
